Hi, my name is Colleen Wilcox and I am excited about working with new and seasoned foster parents in the Vancouver and Skamania areas. I have worked in DCFS for 15 years as a social worker for CWS, CPS, and Adoptions. I enjoy living in the Vancouver area, where I golf, hike, swim, visit the library, listen to music, and sing along. My greatest joy is my six grandchildren and their parents. I am hoping to support our foster parents through great topics and speakers.
