Residential Training Opportunities for Supported Living Providers (Long-Term Care Workers)

This mandatory training is provided by DDD contracted Supported Living (SL) providers for 40 hours of the required 75 hours of training to comply with RCW 18.88B.and RCW 74.39A. To register for this training, please make arrangements with the DDD contracted SL provider agency as indicated below in “contact” line. Staff working in these settings must complete all 75 hours of training within the first 120 days of hire.

Who should attend: Staff working in Supported living settings defined in Chapter 388-112 WAC including:

state operated living alternatives (SOLA),
supported living,
DDD group training homes,
alternative living,
companion homes,
licensed staffed residential, and
children's group care facilities that have a contract with the department.
