Driving Directions

From I-5 Take the Hwy. 16 (Bremerton) exit. Take first available exit (Sprague Avenue). Continue on Sprague Avenue to 19th Street. Turn left onto 19th Street and continue to State Street. Turn left onto State Street -- the DSHS building will be on the left. Turn left into parking lot, DVR is on the first floor.

*Special Note regarding returning to the highway after leaving the DVR Tacoma Office due to construction closing the on-ramp to I-5 from from Hwy. 16. Head north on State Street, turn right on 19th (towards downtown Tacoma) and follow the detour signs to I-5.

Bus Directions

Pierce Transit Bus #20, from the north by #11, from the east via Commerce St. by #27, from the south by #'s 45, 46, or 55, and from the west by #27 via the TCC Transit Center.
