As the next step in this rule-making process, a CR-102 notice will be filed with the Office of the Code Reviser. The CR-102 notice invites the public to attend a public hearing and give oral or written comments on the proposed rule. DBHR will distribute a copy of the CR-102, along with a copy of the proposed rules, to tribal leaders, stakeholders, and other interested parties. The CR-102, public hearing information, and proposed permanent rules will also be posted on this website.
