ADSA: CCRSS 2013-004
CR-101 FILED TO PROPOSE AMENDING SECTIONS
OF CHAPTER 388-101 WAC
Dear Certified Community Residential Services Provider and Interested Parties:
The department is considering amending sections of Chapter 388-101 WAC - Certified Community Residential Services and Supports (CCRSS) to comply and be consistent with newly passed state laws including:
- Senate Bill 5510 Vulnerable Adults - Abuse; and
- Substitute Senate Bill 5077 Statutes – Gender-Neutral Terms
The department is also considering amending the rules to comply with Substitute House Bill 2056 - Assisted Living Facilities, (Chapter 10, Laws of 2012) passed by the 2012 legislature.
The enclosed CR-101 document was recently filed with the Office of the Code Reviser;
It can also be found on the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA) internet website at http://www.altsa.dshs.wa.gov/Professional/crs.htm under "CRS Rule Filings".
Please check the ALTSA website often as we will be posting draft language for review and comment before filing the CR-102.
