RFP Title
 ACES Maintenance & Operations
Purpose
 The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has issued an RFP seeking technical expertise and related services to support and maintain the Automated Client Eligibility System (ACES). During the first and second year, services will focus on maintenance and support for the ACES system to ensure ongoing DSHS services are delivered and timely development, testing and implementation of changes and modifications required by state or federal mandate. Thereafter, a modern Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment (IE&E) solution is planned for development and implementation during years three to five of this Agreement, and the ACES M&O Contractor will be expected to prioritize and support ACES decomposition activities and legacy transition work.
