Purpose
|
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit qualified contractors to provide a Residential Settings Locator for the Aging and Long-Term Services Administration (ALTSA). The application will match individuals in need of long-term care with potential Adult Family Home (AFH) and Assisted Living Facility (ALF) providers who can meet those needs and have vacancies available. The aim of the search application is to enable case management staff to efficiently find a qualified residential provider who can meet the client’s care needs. |
