Purpose
|
The purpose of this Contract is to provide the Washington Fatherhood Council (Council) and its broad stakeholders a comprehensive view of the state of fatherhood in Washington. This study will provide baseline data around public investment with an emphasis on racial demographic analysis against which to measure positive development and recommendations for immediate and long-term actions within our current environment and prospective opportunities for policy change. |
