By county, this report shows how clients of various ethnicities and ages used 76 DSHS programs and 10 DSHS divisions during State Fiscal Year 1990 (FY90), which is July 1989 through June 1990. Both the number of clients and the dollars spent on those clients are reported. The programs covered account together for about 90% of DSHS FY90 clients statewide.
