Client Counts and Service Costs
We publish aggregate, anonymous statistics about our clients. We include the unduplicated number of clients served (clients are counted once in each category of service they used during the year, and once in the totals), use rates (percent of population receiving services), and direct service expenditures (the amount that goes directly to the client or the person who provided the service, not overhead such as staff that do not work with clients).
Data are updated quarterly. Consequently, you may see slight changes to historic amounts over time. Counts and dollars for a new year are added by service category as quality reviews are completed. Generally a new year of numbers for the entire agency is published about January 15 of each year.
Use the blue hyperlinks below to select your report. By default the report is generated for the most recent year that all data elements are available. Other years can be selected from the ‘fiscal year’ drop down box.
