Due to staff availability, BCCU has limited phone hours. Due to potentially high call volumes and wait times, email is still currently the preferred method of communication with BCCU.  Staff are usually able to respond to emails within 1-2 business days.

BCCU staff work remotely and are not available in-person.  

 

Applicant: Due to confidentiality reasons, BCCU staff cannot discuss any information on your background check unless you have a copy of your background check results.  To receive a copy, please submit an Applicant Request for a Copy of Background Check Information Form to BCCU.
