Individual and Family Services Program

Requires the department to submit a status report to the appropriate policy and fiscal committees of the Legislature on the individual and family services program for people with developmental disabilities. The report shall include the number of applicants for funding, the total number of awards, the number and amount of both annual and one-time awards, broken down by household income levels and the purpose of the awards.
