The Legislative Report Community Collaborators was formed in 2024 to promptly and continually respond to the work completed by the administration on reports requested by the Washington State Legislature. We are committed to making the reports reflect the diverse perspectives of the DDA community.
The LRCC includes representatives of DDA community partners like The Arc, the Developmental Disabilities Council, the Developmental Disabilities Ombuds, partner agencies like Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Home and Community Services and counties, as well as residential, day program and employment providers, advocacy groups, families and self-advocates. The group meets monthly to collaborate on reports as they are being written and to discuss how best to ensure the effectiveness of their delivery and impact.
