Purpose

This competitive solicitation is issued in order to assist the Behavioral Health Administration, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) to identify one or more highly experienced contractors to provide expert technical assistance and training to assist in the implementation of Foundational Community Supports, consisting of Supportive Housing (SH) and Supported Employment Services (SE). |
